Todd Ramsey is an advertiser who hates most advertising. Rather than add to the noise that most advertising creates, he constantly looks for unique, creative opportunities to engage clients’ audiences, such as hosting a frat party at a local university, using a singing telegram to invite potential prospects to an open house, or writing and self-publishing a kid’s book to support a fundraising campaign.
Jenny serves as Chief Operating Officer, taking the developed strategy and creative direction and seeing it through to implementation. As a highly skilled project manager, her attention to detail and responsiveness ensure that clients’ project budgets, deliverables and timelines are clearly articulated and managed.
We work with a lean core team that is supported by a network of curated, talented, independent professionals. This allows us to be incredibly flexible for our clients, as we can scale up if the project warrants, and we can create client-specific teams based on experience and capability. This lean model also helps reduce our fees. (We may have buried the lead there.)
We’re big fans of the William Tell epic. But beyond that, the actual act of shooting an arrow off a kid’s head holds deeper meaning. We see the apple as the goal that a client has and the arrow as the precise skill required to hit the apple. And it takes an incredible amount of trust to let someone take a shot like that. We will do everything we can to earn that trust.
